Yudeshtra Naidoo is a seasoned financial professional with over 18 years of experience in corporate treasury, risk management, and auditing. Currently serving as an Associate Director at KPMG Ireland, Yudeshtra has a proven track record of leading complex financial projects and providing strategic advisory services to multinational corporations across diverse sectors.

Starting his career at KPMG South Africa, Yudeshtra quickly advanced to managerial roles, overseeing significant projects such as the rollout of Regional Treasury Centres for SABMiller across Africa. His expertise in treasury management was further solidified during his tenure as a Treasury Project Manager and Trader at SABMiller Africa, where he managed in-house banking operations and foreign exchange trading.

Yudeshtra’s global experience is extensive, having held senior positions at KPMG in South Africa, the UAE, and Ireland. His role as a consultant has seen him seconded to various high-profile clients, including a major defense company in the UAE and a JSE-listed company in Africa, where he led treasury function rollouts across multiple subsidiaries. His skill set spans across Treasury, Financial modelling, Project Management, Risk Management and Sustainability.

Yudeshtra is highly adept at managing projects, assessing and improving financial controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic insights to enhance operational efficiencies. In addition to his professional achievements, Yudeshtra is passionate about personal development and physical fitness, with interests in golf, tennis, swimming, running and scuba diving. His leadership abilities are complemented by strong interpersonal skills, making him a valuable asset in both team-driven and client-facing environments.
